August 27th – Endurance Sports Analysis using R

For this month’s RUG, Raimundo Sanchez will demonstrate how to use R and geospatial techniques to analyze GPS data from endurance athletes.

Raimundo is a researcher with a PhD in complex systems engineering, specialising in studying human movement in free living conditions.

We will follow with our usual drop-in, collaborative session.

When: Thursday 27th of August 2026, 10 am - 12 pm
